I am from Coggon but now reside in Center Point. I service all of Eastern Iowa but am primarily focused in Linn and surrounding counties. I do travel beyond but travel fees may apply.

I have access to studio space that I can rent by the session in both Manchester and Cedar Rapids.

I enjoy photographing all session types but I gravitate towards seniors, couples and families/kids! As a mama of young children, documenting every season of motherhood has my heart. I secretly love the chaos of crazy kiddos and capturing moments that mama thinks her kids were too wild for.

I consider my work a balanced blend of posed and lifestyle photography but I gravitate most towards capturing moments that make you feel something, even if that means not everyone is looking or completely in the frame. I love to photograph bold colors and edit with a creamy and dreamy artistic style. But depending on the mood of the session, can lean towards a moodier/grainy edit as well.

My preferred time to shoot outdoor sessions is 1 hour before sunset. This is when lighting is best. The sun is low, soft and luminous. Studio and athletic sessions are scheduled around my work and kid's schedules.

I suggest locations based on the vibe you’re trying to achieve. Are you interested in studio, grassy field, lake view, city or woods? Perhaps somewhere different like a apple orchard, greenhouse or tree farm. Once that’s decided, I will work on guiding us to the right spot!

Yes. All my sessions include edited/retouched images + print release via digital download. You’re encouraged to order professional prints for quality purposes.

Upon request, I will send you a style guide with my preferred brand colors and suggestions for attire. It's my preference that no one wears the same two exact colors or have kids in matching outfits. Make sure you have a good mix of patterns and solids, as well as different textures. But, I also want you to be YOU! So let's chat and create a vision that fits you and makes for flawless photos!

Cloudy weather is not a problem. However, if it rains, snows, hails, is below 32 degrees, etc. I will contact you as soon as possible to postpone or reschedule.
